EMTs were dispatched to North Fork Farms event center for the report of an individual suffering an allergic reaction to nuts. The patient reported blurry vision but had not administered an epi pen. The person was transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to a residence in the Ernie’s Grove area for the report of an illegal burn. The caller reported it was an ongoing issue. Crews determined it was a small, illegal burn, and the homeowner extinguished it.

Crews responded to the Snoqualmie Falls Trail for an individual having trouble breathing. Crews hiked in, contacted the person and helped the patient off the trail.

Crews were dispatched to the Raging River Bike Trail for the report of a female who fell off her bike. As a result of the fall, the person suffered a seizure, came out of it and was confused. Crews hiked into the patient’s location and assisted her off the trail. She was transported to the hospital.

Crews were dispatched to the Snoqualmie Casino for the report of a person who suffered a heart attack on the casino floor. CPR was administered. The patient was transported to the hospital.

EMTs responded to Ollalie State Park for the report of a person who fell at Nevermind Wall and suffered a possible rib injury. The person was assisted off the trail and transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to a motor vehicle collision on SR 202 near Fall City involving a car vs a boom forklift. A passenger in the car was injured and transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home for the report of an unconscious individual who possibly suffered a heart attack. CPR was performed. The person was transported to the hospital.
