Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home to assist a person with severe leg swelling. The patient was transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to a head-on, two-vehicle collision on North Fork Road. One vehicle was reportedly traveling between 35-40 MPH. The occupants were able to exit the vehicles. One person complained of chest pain, possibly from the seatbelt. One person with non-life-threatening injuries was transported to the hospital. 

December 23, 2025

Crews responded to Ernie’s Grove Road for the report of power lines down and across the roadway after a vehicle struck a pole. The vehicle involved was reportedly away for the live wires and declined aid. PSE was called and the line was powered down.

EMTs were dispatched to the North Bend QFC for the report of a person who suffered a cardiac arrest. CPR was performed. Unfortunately, the person could not be revived.

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie home for a patient possibly suffering stroke symptoms. The person was transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to the I-90/SR 18 interchange for one-vehicle collision on an off-ramp where a vehicle collided with a pole. One person was extricated from the vehicle and transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Crews responded to westbound SR 18 near the Tiger Mountain summit for the report of a one-vehicle collision. The vehicle collided with the roadway cement barrier. The occupant suffered a bloody nose. No hospital transport was required.
