Police Blotter | False Kidnapping Report; Elk vs Car; E-Motorcycle Accident

July 24, 2025

A subject originally called and reported that his wife had been kidnapped. Eventually, the wife was located. The subject who called in the report was later arrested on multiple charges for domestic violence and false reporting. The subject was booked into the Issaquah Jail.

July 24, 2025

An officer responded to a North Bend business for the report of a juvenile and the business owner who were assaulted by a female over the juvenile using a pinball machine, while the female’s hat was on it. Charges will be forwarded to Issaquah Municipal Court.

July 24, 2025

An officer responded to a motor vehicle collision in North Bend involving a vehicle and an elk. The elk was dispatched. North Bend Public Works was notified.

July 25, 2025

An officer responded to the scene of a traffic accident in Snoqualmie involving a vehicle that knocked down a stop sign and ended up in a ditch. The driver left the scene, and the officer was unable to locate the person. The accident is under investigation. The vehicle was towed, and Snoqualmie Public Works was notified to replace the stop sign.

July 27, 2025

An officer responded to a report of a male subject who put a female in a choke hold, impeding her breathing. The suspect was arrested and booked into King County Jail for 2nd degree domestic violence.

An officer responded to the report of a vehicle prowl in-progress in North Bend. The subjects were located and arrested. They were in possession of property from a vehicle in the area. A male subject had a loaded, stolen firearm on him and was booked into King County Jail for Felon in Possession and Possession of a Stolen Firearm. A female subject was booked into the Issaquah Jail for vehicle trespass.

July 28, 2025

An officer responded to a juvenile problem related to an e-motorcycle in Snoqualmie. The juvenile’s e-motorcycle was impounded.

A vehicle was reported stolen from a Snoqualmie residence overnight. Keys were left in the vehicle.

July 28, 2025

An officer responded to the report of a juvenile who had their foot run over by an e-motorcycle. The officer was unable to locate the motorcycle and driver.

July 29, 2025

Shoplifting was reported at the Nike Store at the North Bend Outlet Mall. A suspect reportedly stole about $2,000 worth of merchandise. The suspect’s vehicle was located on westbound I-90, at which point it eluded police and drove recklessly. No pursuit was initiated. Issaquah Police later located the unoccupied vehicle with the stolen merchandise inside.

The vehicle was impounded for a search warrant. With the search warrant executed, the stolen merchandise was recovered and the male driver who eluded police was identified. Charges will follow.

July 30, 2025

An officer responded to the report of juveniles stealing from the Dollar Tree store in Snoqualmie. The juveniles were located and released to their parents. Officers also treated one of the juveniles for multiple bee stings.

July 31, 2025

A subject came to the police station to pick up personal property. While there, a police department staff member located the subject’s felony arrest warrants. The subject was then booked into King County Jail on a King County Sheriff’s Office warrant.
