Crews were dispatched to a North Bend residence to assist an individual with fever, cold symptoms, and chest pain. The caller reported the chest pain was due to coughing. The person was transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie residence to assist a person with diabetes who fainted. The person was also disorientated and was transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Muir and Azalea Way in Snoqualmie. No hospital transport was required for the vehicle occupants.

Crews responded to a head-on accident near the westbound I-90 ramp to SR 18 involving a wrong-way driver who fled. One car with multiple passengers suffered moderate front-end damage. All occupants were transported to nearby hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.

EMTs were dispatched to a Fall City residence for the report of an unconscious person, possibly related to a drug overdose. CPR was performed. The person was transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to a Snoqualmie residence to assist an individual with the flu who passed out a couple of times, hitting their head/face. The person was transported to the hospital.

Crews responded to a three-vehicle accident on westbound I-90 west of SR 18. One vehicle involved rolled—the front end of one vehicle caught fire. Crews extinguished the fire. Occupants were extricated. One person was transported to Harborview Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. Two other occupants were transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Crews were dispatched to eastbound I-90 west of exit 32 for the report of a person on the ground with CPR being performed. The person regained consciousness and was transported to the hospital.

Crews were dispatched to a two-vehicle collision at Snoqualmie Parkway and Railroad Ave. One person complained of chest pain and was transported to the hospital. 

December 27, 2023

Crews were dispatched to North Bend for the report of wires on the ground with sparks seen. Flames were seen, but no spreading fire was reported. PSE was called to address the incident.

Crews were dispatched to the Snoqualmie Safeway for a shopper who collapsed due to pain in their leg and could not walk. The person was transported to the hospital. 

December 28, 2023

Crews responded to a fire alarm at Mount Si High School. An inspection was carried out, with nothing found. The automatic fire alarm system was reset.
