Yin Yoga Sound Bath combines gentle, floor-based Yin yoga poses held for extended periods with the immersive vibrations of sound healing instruments to promote deep relaxation, release physical and emotional tension, calm the nervous system, and foster inner peace, creating a deeply restorative experience for mind, body, and spirit. REGISTRATION REQUIRED
