This free 6.5-hour course will be presented by NAMI Eastside, with the goal of raising public awareness, enhancing preparedness, and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. Participants must complete approximately 2 hours of prework online, which will be emailed out following registration.
Lunch provided by NAMI Eastside.
Light snacks provided by the Friends of the Snoqualmie Library.
Participants who complete the workshop will receive a gift card provided by NAMI Eastside.
