CITY OF SNOQUALMIE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – December 9, 2024
Traffic Impact Fee Program
Notice is hereby given that the City of Snoqualmie City Council will hold a public hearing at its regular
meeting on Monday, December 9, 2024, at 7:00 pm or soon thereafter, pursuant to RCW 39.92.030 on
the adoption of a Traffic Impact Fee Program. The meeting will be held in person at Snoqualmie City
Hall and remotely using Zoom. The public may comment by appearing in-person or by submitting
written comments by 3:00 pm the day of the meeting to cityclerk@snoqualmiewa.gov via the drop-box
at City Hall, or by mail to: City of Snoqualmie, Attn: City Clerk, PO Box 987, Snoqualmie, WA 98065.
The purpose of the public hearing is to provide testimony on the proposed amendment to SMC Title
20.09, adding a Transportation Impact Fee Program to allow the City to capture a fair and proportionate
share of the costs of new transportation facilities needed to serve new growth and development within
the City of Snoqualmie.
