Connect with the rhythm of the seasons and celebrate the abundance of our fields and waters. It’s more than a meal, it’s a movement.
Join Carnation Farms and Mark Titus of Eva’s Wild on September 7th, 2024, as we learn about wild regenerative sockeye Salmon and the fight to protect the world’s most sustainable fishery, Bristol Bay.
We will begin the evening with a cocktail hour and memorable nibbles of sockeye, paired with a showing of Mark Titus’s latest documentary, The Wild, which will introduce the conversation about sustainable salmon fishing with the natural sounds of our farm as a backdrop, as the sun sets and the lights start to twinkle.
Our dinner will feature our seasonal farm crops bursting with flavor and authenticity, surrounding a rustic table nestled in our lush sprawling fields of farm flora and fauna, served with curated beverage pairings, from Sparkman Cellars and Nowhere Craft Beverages.
Vegetarian and non-alcoholic options available.
