Staff at Encompass are busy preparing for the 2021 Autumn Gala fundraiser, now just a month away. Registration and tickets for the in-person event are available online and have been selling well.
The celebration and auction, which directly supports Encompass programs for children and families, is among Snoqualmie Valley’s most popular fundraisers.
The in-person program and live auction will take place Saturday, November 6th, 2021, from 5-9 pm at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue.
“We are excited to be able to present both an in-person celebration and auction this year, as well as virtual options to support Encompass,” said Lisa Yamasaki, Director of Development. “We’re planning a fun and engaging evening for our community while keeping the safety of our guests a top priority. We will be adhering to all King County COVID mandates for indoor events.”
Guests attending the gala in person will be required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test result within 72 hours of the event in order to attend.
For those who would like to participate from home, a virtual, silent auction will run from November 3rd-6th, in which anyone can bid online on more than 100 items ranging from the exquisite to the adventurous.
Other virtual highlights open to the public will include a Livestream of the auction, during which an Encompass family will share their compelling story of growth and change. Everyone will also have the opportunity to support programs directly during the Fund-a-Dream portion of the event.
The Encompass Autumn Gala and Auction continues to shine as one of the premier fundraising events of the year in the Snoqualmie Valley and greater Eastside, regularly attracting hundreds of guests from around the region.
All proceeds from the event, sponsored in part by Brown & Sterling, Nintendo, Overlake Medical Center, Heritage Bank, ABC World Movers, Pioneer Van Lines, Performance Power Concepts, and Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, provide vital funds and support to Encompass programs and services in pediatric therapy, early learning, and family enrichment.
