A global effort to combat hunger through art and community engagement is returning to Snoqualmie on March 6, 2025.

This event aims to support the Snoqualmie Valley Food Bank and the Fall City Community Food Pantry, which have experienced a significant increase in demand.
The event will take place at Snoqualmie Middle School from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Attendees will receive a handcrafted ceramic bowl created by local students and enjoy a light soup dinner provided by over a dozen participating restaurants and businesses from the Snoqualmie Valley.

Tickets are $15 for ages 10 and up, which includes the bowl and dinner, and $10 for dinner only. They can be purchased through the Snoqualmie Valley School District’s online payment portal.
The Empty Bowls event was founded in 2012 by art teacher Ruth Huschle at Snoqualmie Middle School. This year, the school’s Art Club and Key Club are leading the efforts, showcasing the dedication and talent of their students.

Community members are encouraged to attend and support this meaningful event to help combat hunger in the Snoqualmie Valley.
