All lanes of eastbound SR 18 remain closed from Issaquah-Hobart Road at milepost 24 to Interstate 90 on Monday, March 16, due to debris in the roadway.
According to the latest update, geotechnical crews have completed their assessment and maintenance crews are now working to clear the highway. The work is expected to take several hours into the evening.
Drivers should continue to seek alternate routes. Trucks are advised not to use Issaquah city streets or Issaquah-Hobart Road, which are not suitable for freight traffic.
