Update 10 am: I-90 eastbound is open. However, I-90 westbound is likely closing at Ellensburg due to spinouts near Easton.

At approximately 630 am, I-90 closed eastbound at North Bend (MP 34) due to multiple spinouts and collisions. Chains are required westbound. There is snow and ice on the roadway.
Snoqualmie Pass has received 22 inches of new snow since yesterday. There are 6 to 12 inches of snow possible in the next 24 hours, with a dry period possible Friday through Sunday.
It is currently snowing at the pass. There is no estimated opening time for I-90 Eastbound at this point.
