State Route 203 will be reduced to one lane from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily Thursday and Friday, May 9-10, near 324th Way Northeast in Carnation.
Contractor crews working diligently for the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) will perform crucial utility work during the daytime lane closure. To ensure smooth traffic flow, flaggers will be on-site to alternate traffic through the work zone.
This work is part of a fish barrier removal project on an unnamed tributary to the Snoqualmie River that runs beneath SR 203 near 324th Way Northeast. Construction is tentatively scheduled to start later this spring and last into late 2024.
