Update 9:04 PM: The collision has one fatality. One additional patient is being transported by Bellevue Medics with life-threatening injuries.
SR 18 will remain closed while the Washington State Patrol investigates.

Original Story
At approximately 8:16 PM on June 27th, Eastside Fire & Rescue reported a motor vehicle collision on SR 18 westbound at Tiger Mountain (MP 24), blocking all lanes.
Highway 18 is closed in both directions.
Please avoid the area if possible.
