Carnation Farms Welcomes Guests to Feast in the Field: Farm-to-Table Dinners Bring Food & Community Together in the Snoqualmie Valley


Carnation Farms Culinary Director Kristen Schumacher is thrilled to announce the dates and themes for this year’s Farm-to-Table Dinner series.

  • August 10 – Feast in the Field: Winemakers Dinner with Alveare Winery
  • September 7 – Feast in the Field Featuring Mark Titus of Eva’s Wild

Join Carnation Farms and Alveare Winery on August 10 to celebrate the launch of Alveare’s new Malbec!

Enjoy a curated beverage with a tour of our abundant and lush fields! The menu is Argentinian-inspired and uses hyper-local ingredients for all five courses. Winemakers Samantha and Xander Kent will speak about their wines per course.

Connect with the rhythm of the seasons and celebrate the abundance of the fields and waters. Join Carnation Farms and Mark Titus of Eva’s Wild on September 7 to learn about wild regenerative sockeye Salmon and the fight to protect the world’s most sustainable fishery, Bristol Bay.

The evening will begin with a cocktail hour paired with a showing of Mark Titus’s latest documentary, The Wild, which will introduce the conversation about sustainable salmon fishing.
