Brunello’s officially becomes Franceso Ristorante Italiano, complete with new menu, new lunch prices

It’s been almost a year since Brunello’s on Snoqualmie Ridge was sold to Francesco Montalto. With new ownership also came a plan to rebrand the longtime Snoqualmie restaurant in order to give it a new identity.

Well, it took a little bit longer than anticipated, but Brunello’s is now officially Francesco Ristorante Italiano – complete with a new signage, a new website AND a new menu.

Owner Francesco Montalto was born in Italy went to culinary school in Florence. He came to America in 1989 and began his career in the restaurant business, working in New Orleans for two years while attending a special cooking school in Biloxi. His chef career has spanned 30-years. Most recently Francesco was part owner of Firenze in Bellevue, which he gave up to purchase Brunello’s last year.

A ribbon cutting for the grand opening of Francesco’s and the new menu launch happened on April 23rd. Francesco and Chef Vincenzo Tarantino not only changed up the menu items, they also created a whole new lunch menu with a lower price point of $10 for paninis, flatbreads and pasta dishes.

You can explore the new menu HERE.

Lunch hours are: Tuesday – Friday, 11:30AM – 2PM. Dinner hours are Monday – Thursday, 4:30PM – 9PM; Friday & Saturday, 4:30PM – 10PM and Sundays 4:30PM – 9PM.

Good Luck, Francesco Ristorante Italiano! (And thanks for keeping the meatballs on the menu.)
