Big Truck Day Returns to Snoqualmie

The City of Snoqualmie’s popular Big Truck Day returns on June 23 as an opportunity for kids to experience big trucks, equipment, and fun!

Kids are welcome to see, touch, and sit in the trucks and equipment. Sensory-free time will be available during the event.

Big Truck Day is geared for kids ages 1-10 and allows them to imagine while pretending to operate big rigs.

Kids can explore a variety of vehicles, from public service and emergency to utility, transportation, and more – all in one place.

Hold the Horn is a sensory-free time from 10 to 11:30 a.m. designed for kids who find sights and sounds overwhelming. The Big Truck Day site of Centennial Fields Park is home to a proposed all-inclusive playground.

The Snoqualmie Library will also be on hand with their summer reading program.

More information about these and other “Summer in Snoqualmie” events are on the City of Snoqualmie website at bit.ly/SnoqualmieEvents. Questions about events and sponsorship opportunities can be directed to Nicole Wiebe at nwiebe@snoqualmiewa.gov.

Event sponsors are Encompass NW for Big Truck Day and the Snoqualmie Library for Reading in the Park.
