Art Off the Rails Festival Returns to Snoqualmie Valley This June

The Art Off the Rails Festival is returning for its second year on Saturday, June 15, 2024, from 11 AM to 4 PM.

This event is organized by the City of Snoqualmie Arts Commission, North Bend Art and Industry (NBA&I), and the Northwest Railway Museum. It celebrates artists from the Snoqualmie Valley and highlights the railroad’s importance to the community.

The festival will take place at three different locations:

  1. Historic Downtown Snoqualmie: Railroad Park will buzz with artists, live music, food trucks, and a community art project. You can enjoy performances by Brass Band NW, Tim Bertsch, and The Pontunes. The steam train will also be running during the festival.
  2. Northwest Railway Museum: At the Railway History Campus, visitors can listen to the music of Tinkham Road. Train ride tickets are available at www.trainmuseum.org.
  3. North Bend Art & Industry: William Henry Taylor Railroad Park in North Bend will feature music, food, and fun activities. Performers include The True Romans, Jayleigh & the Lost Boys, and Ask Sophie. Food trucks such as Pecos BBQ Pit, Levantine Cuisine, Sublime Corn Company, and Pressed on Main will be there. There will also be dance circles, a community art project, and many artists and authors showcasing their work.

NBA&I is excited to work with the NW Railway Museum and Historic Downtown Snoqualmie to bring this festival to the community.

Save the date, June 15, and come with your family and friends to enjoy the 2024 Art Off the Rails Festival!

Artists who want to display and sell their work at the North Bend location can apply [here]. Volunteers are also needed for various tasks at the William Henry Taylor Railroad Park in North Bend. It’s a great way to get involved and have fun!
