The Snoqualmie Valley is rolling into another busy week of lights, music, markets, and seasonal gatherings as December settles in.

From family favorites to new festive stops, this Friday-through-Thursday roundup highlights what is coming up so you can enjoy the holidays close to home.

Holly Daze Eve: Dashing Through the Pubs
Downtown North Bend
Friday, December 5, 6 to 9 pm

This spirited holiday pub crawl benefits Sno Valley Pet Services and features raffle prizes, festive drinks, music, and community fun. A donation at check-in includes an event bracelet and raffle ticket, plus access to specials at every stop. Guests begin at Hartwood Café between 6 and 7:30 pm, then make their way through participating pubs offering themed cocktails, discounts, karaoke, and more. Participants are encouraged to dress in their most festive holiday attire while supporting local businesses and raising funds for pets and families in need.


Carnation Elementary PTSA Holiday Market

Friday, December 5, sensory-friendly 4:30 to 5 pm; full event 5 to 8 pm

This lively school event features student choir performances, local small-business vendors, free hot chocolate, make-and-take art projects, and dinner options from food trucks. A quiet, sensory-friendly half hour opens the evening with lowered lights and reduced noise. Families can shop, snack, listen, and support the Carnation Elementary community.


Duvall Annual Tree Lighting – Light Up Duvall

Downtown Duvall and Depot Park come alive as families gather for one of the city’s most cherished traditions. Visitors can browse craft and artisan vendors, take photos with Santa, build gingerbread houses, enjoy live music and performances, meet community groups, and soak up the festive atmosphere as the season’s lights come on. This free community celebration welcomes everyone to join in.


Santa Is Coming to Snoqualmie

Families are invited to stop by The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge as Santa and his elf visit for an afternoon of festive cheer. Guests can take photos, enjoy refreshments, and enter raffles with prize giveaways. It is an easy, come-and-go way to start the holiday season.


Opstad Holiday Movie Night

Friday, December 5, 6 to 8 pm (doors open at 5:45 pm)

Opstad families can settle in for a cozy movie night where kids are encouraged to wear pajamas and bring blankets and pillows. Students vote on the featured film in class, and concessions will be available. Parents must remain on-site for this free, family-friendly evening hosted by the school and PTA volunteers.


ELF Free Community Screening
North Bend Theatre, 125 Bendigo Blvd N, North Bend
Saturday, December 6th, doors at 2 pm, movie at 3 pm

The North Bend Theatre hosts a free community screening of the holiday classic “Elf,” featuring its popular mid-movie sock snowball fight. Carnation’s signature holiday celebration fills Tolt Commons with vendor booths, live music, Santa’s arrival, Storytime, crafts, raffle drawings, tree lighting, and guaranteed snow drifting across the lawn between 2 and 4 pm. Kids can bring letters to Santa, visit firefighters, hunt for Christmas ducks, and enjoy a range of activities throughout the afternoon.
