William Grassie Wine Estates officially opens new Snoqualmie tasting room

William Grassie Wine Estates officially opened its new tasting room in Snoqualmie on Thursday, February 20, 2020.

In November we told you the small, Fall City-based winery had signed a lease for a retail space on Center Blvd on Snoqualmie Ridge – in the spot formerly occupied by a Verizon Wireless store.

In our previous interview, Grassie said the new tasting room would be kid and pet friendly and although there were no plans to put in a kitchen, he said they planned to offer prepackaged meat and cheese plates – and customers could also bring in their own food.

Winter hours are Wednesday – Friday, 3PM – 8PM; Saturday, 1PM – 8PM; and Sunday, 1PM – 5PM. The tasting room is located at 7802 Center Blvd SE.

Now that the new Snoqualmie tasting room is officially open for business, the Fall City location has transitioned to only being open during the Spring/Summer months. It will reopen in May.

About the Winery: William Grassie Wine Estates focuses on producing premier Bordeaux style wines. Winemaker, Bill Grassie, embarked upon his vision to create world-class wine in 2006, when he moved to Fall City. Bill is an avid gardener, which led him to plant a vineyard on a bare patch of ground at the new property. This led to the creation of his first vintage in 2011.

Good Luck!
