Two Suspects Arrested For Mt. Si High School Burglary

According to Rebecca Munson, Snoqualmie Police Information Officer, two suspects have been arrested in connection with the January 6th Mt. Si High School burglary.  The suspects’ names were not released.

The school’s video surveillance tape helped police identify the suspects.  One suspect is an 18 yr old man and former student.  He was identified from the video and still surveillance photo of the two suspects.  Police obtained a search warrant for his home where they found one of the stolen items.  The suspect turned himself in after receiving a call from police.  A 19 yr old Auburn man was also arrested.

$2000 was taken from the school’s locked vaults along with two laptop computers, tv and X Box gaming system early Thursday morning.  The school also reported $30,000 in damage from the burglary.
