Two Snoqualmie Valley Stores Closing Doors

Two Snoqualmie Valley stores will be closing their doors in the next couple months; one in Fall City and one in North Bend.

Quirkz of Art, a furniture and art consignment store located at 33511 SE Redmond-Fall City Road, will close its doors on February 28th.  It opened in October 2011. Until their closing date, everything in the store is 20% off the lowest marked price.  According to their website, in addition to furniture and decor, they also have jewelry, art, beads, found objects, bird houses, tools, store fixtures and lots of miscellaneous stuff.  They say they will be adding items daily and to check back for additional markdowns.

Zo Home, located at 139 East North Bend Way, say they will close either March 1st or March 31st, depending on sales. Until then they will be a clearance center for Zo and Birches Habitat.  The owners of Birches Habitat also own Zo Home, which they opened in November 2011 as second store featuring an “eclectic blend of  recycled and reclaimed wood furniture pieces, hip, urban decor, culturally diverse goods  and locally crafted gifts,” according to the City of North Bend website.

Mary Miller Photography, which shares store space with Zo Home, will NOT be closing.  The local photographer’s business is alive and thriving. Her studio is moving  locations in February.
