Traffic Impacts Possible Due to Shoulder Paving on East North Bend Way

Paving crews will be on-site the week of June 14th to begin preparation for shoulder paving between North Bend City Hall and the Snoqualmie Valley Trail Crossing along East North Bend Way.

This work is required to restore approximately 1.5 miles of roadway shoulder impacted by a recently installed water main along this stretch of North Bend Way.

Drivers should expect traffic to be reduced to one lane with intermittent lane closures while work is occurring. Traffic control flaggers will be on-site as needed.

Additional North Bend Way lane closures should be anticipated throughout the summer for traffic improvement projects required as part of the Cedar River Partners (Dahlgren) Apartment project. In July, construction will begin on a new roundabout at North Bend Way and 436th Ave SE. Work on the new roundabout is expected to wrap up in November.

The City apologizes in advance for any potential inconveniences caused by roadway improvement projects and asks the community for its patience during this summer/fall construction season.
