State Route 18: Chains required, use alternate routes. Westbound I90 is now closed at MP 70 (Easton), MP 101 (Thorp) and MP 106 (Ellensburg).

Final Update: The collisions have been cleared and the WB lanes are back open between MP 56 near the summit and MP 106 near Ellensburg.

Chains are required if driving over Tiger Mountain on State Route 18.

The WSDOT is advising everyone to stay home and limit travel due to winter weather conditions throughout the region.

If you must travel, prepare to find alternate routes such as I-405.

WB 90 is now closed at MP 70 (Easton), MP 101 (Thorp) and MP 106 (Ellensburg).

There are a total of 15 collisions three of which are rollovers with unknown injuries. One trooper’s vehicle was hit twice and another once.
