[Guest Post by North Bend resident Mark Davis]
It’s that time of the year when we transition from storms to the nicer weather. With that, we have a chance of some lumpy rain, “mixed rain/snow” at around 1000 feet tonight going into Monday morning. It won’t accumulate to anything.
I like this time of the year because you never know what you’re going to see. Yesterday I took this photo of a double rainbow In front of Mt. Si. This view never gets old.

As for the week ahead. Nothing too out of the ordinary for this time of the year. No major storms, just our normal off-and-on rain with a chance of blue skies now and then. Also, more chances to see some more rainbows with this type of weather pattern.
Next weekend is looking pretty nice. A few models are showing we could be in the low 60’s for both Saturday and Sunday. Hopefully, that holds true.
Have a good week!!
