Snoqualmie Valley YMCA celebrates 5th anniversary by throwing big community party, August 20th

It took a decade for the Snoqualmie Valley YMCA/Community Center to finally become a reality – and in the blink of an eye, ‘the Y’ is celebrating the 5th anniversary of opening its doors to a waiting community.

On Sunday, August 20th from 11AM – 2PM, the Snoqualmie Valley YMCA is saying thank you to the community by throwing a big anniversary bash… and everyone is welcome.

The event is free and will focus on family fun – including a cyclone swing, wrecking ball, rock wall, bounce houses, temporary tattoos, AND a GIANT slip n’ slide – so bring your swimsuit, towel and sunscreen.

All the Anniversary Bash fun happens at Snoqualmie Community Park and on the YMCA lawn, 35018 SE Ridge Street.

Food trucks will have food for purchase if you get hungry, too.

So grab the family and be ready for some good old fashioned summer fun.
