Snoqualmie Valley Voters for Education Puts Out Call for Phone Bank Volunteers

With a February 8th SVSD School Bond vote quickly approaching, the grassroots volunteer group, Valley Voters for Education, is putting out a volunteer call for its upcoming phone bank dates.  Volunteers are still needed to staff the phone banks during the final two weeks of the Valley Voters For Education School Bond Campaign.   For specific volunteer dates visit http://www.vvfe.org/component/content/article/91/.

Every vote is important in the Snoqualmie Valley.  Previous school bonds have won by as little as 34 votes and lost by only 104 votes.   Phone bank volunteers will be making brief “remember to vote” calls to registered voters throughout the Snoqualmie Valley School District.  It’s easy, low-pressure, and a good way to remind  fellow citizens to turn in their ballots.  Again, this is a simple call reminding people to mail in their ballots – not a “vote yes” call.

Valley Voters For Education has designated specific phone bank nights for volunteers from each school to work together.   However, any volunteers are welcome on any nights.   All nights run from 6pm to 8pmVisit www.vvfe.org for more school bond information or to volunteer for a specific date.

Remember to vote on February 8th!
