Snoqualmie Tribe launches new charitable donations distribution process

The Snoqualmie Indian Tribe announced on January 1, 2019 it it will begin accepting applications for its Charitable Donations fund.

This year the Tribe will administer the funds on an annual basis, and the application will be done electronically. For the first time, the Tribe has also identified eight categories for which applications will be considered, with donations up to $50,000 offered in each donation category. 

2019 Snoqualmie Indian Tribe Charitable Donation Categories: 

  • Salmon Habitat Restoration
  • Snoqualmie Valley Community Services
  • Veterans Services
  • Native Services
  • Family Services
  • Senior/Elder Services
  • Arts & Culture
  • Environmental Education

To be eligible to apply, organizations must be actively recognized as a 501c3 nonprofit organization by the IRS and must operate within the State of Washington. 

The Snoqualmie Tribe will accept applications from January 1, 2019 to March 31, 2019, with funding decisions being made in early summer.
