Snoqualmie Storm Resource Page – Snow Removal Plan Included

**  Snoqualmie Valley Schools are closed and Allied Waste will not be collecting today, Wednesday, January 18th. **

Did you know the City of Snoqualmie has a Storm Resource Page?  Well, they do and it’s full of valuable information.   You can access that page here.

Snoqualmie Public Works Department is working diligently to keep city roads plowed and sanded after last night’s blast of snow.  There are currently three plow trucks working around the clock.   Snoqualmie Parkway alone has kept one truck occupied nearly all day.  You can access Snoqualmie’s Snow and Ice Removal Plan here.  There is also a snow plow schedule available.

The National Weather Service is still calling for another 5 – 10 inches of snow with tonight’s storm.  That total is specific for the Snoqualmie area.  The Seattle metro area may see less.  For all of NOAA’s latest storm warnings and short-term forecasts click here.  Temperatures are expected to warm up by Friday.

In the meantime, the plows might be working overtime.
