Police Blotter | Package Theft; Graffiti; Disturbance

April 10, 2023

A caller reported that they witnessed a package theft at their Snoqualmie neighbor’s home. Officers located the suspect vehicle, but it proceeded to flee at a very high rate of speed. Due to state law, officers could not pursue the vehicle. The suspects were later identified.

April 10, 2023

Officers responded to a Snoqualmie home for a reported overdose. Two doses of Narcan were administered. Officers also performed CPR and used an AED to revive the involved individual. The person was transported to a hospital by EMTs. 

April 10, 2023

A male was seen on video cutting limbs off a city tree. He was identified and contacted. The individual caused $2,000 worth of damage. 

April 12, 2023

An unknown subject tagged the restroom at Torguson Park in North Bend with graffiti and broke a mirror. Repairs were estimated at $500. 

April 13, 2023

An officer contacted a vehicle without plates in the Snoqualmie Point Park parking lot. It was determined a female occupant had an extraditable warrant out of Kittitas County and was booked into King County Jail.

A North Bend caller reported that an unknown subject drilled a hole through the gas tank of a work van, causing $2500 worth of damages and stealing $100 worth of gasoline.

A North Bend Outlet Mall business reported that two individuals stole approximately $10,000 worth of sunglasses. The two suspects were last seen in a vehicle heading toward I-90. Officers were not able to locate them. 

April 14, 2023

A Snoqualmie business employee reported that two subjects made verbal threats and shoplifted. Officers responded and performed an area check but could not locate the vehicle the suspects were reported to have left in. 

April 14, 2023

A male was stopped for driving recklessly in downtown North Bend. After a field sobriety test was performed, the officer determined the driver was under the influence. He was booked in Issaquah Jail for DUI. 

April 15, 2023

A Snoqualmie business reported an individual was concealing items. When confronted by employees, the person presented a receipt from another store. Charges were forwarded to the King County Prosecutor for theft third degree. 

April 15, 2023

A caller reported a female in a truck possibly trying to hit a person on foot at the North Bend Shell gas station near I-90 exit 31. Officers responded and apprehended the subject, who was booked into Issaquah Jail on DUI and 7 other misdemeanor charges.
