POSSESSION/DISCHARGE FIREWORKS | SE KINSEY ST, Snoqualmie
January 10, 2015; Reported at 9:33PM
Multiple callers reported that fireworks were being discharged at Snoqualmie Community Park. Police responded, but didn’t see or hear anything by the time of arrival. An officer walked the park and was unable to locate any fireworks. He did, however, find two juvenile females walking in the park, warned them and sent them home.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES | NORTH BEND LES SCHWAB TIRES

Police responded to a suspicious vehicle in the Les Schwab parking lot. The driver pulled into the business and parked in a NO parking area while the business was closed. Police contacted the driver and it was discovered the subject had a warrant. The driver was arrested and booked into Issaquah Jail. The vehicle was impounded by Snoqualmie Valley Towing.
CIVIL PROBLEM | CEDAR AVE S, North Bend

A woman called and reported that her husband stole her winning lottery scratch ticket, which was worth $200. She said he took the ticket to QFC where he was seen getting into a car. Police responded, but the husband was nowhere to be found to speak with. The officer advised the woman that Washington is a community property state.
THEFT IN-PROGRESS | KEN’S TRUCK TOWN, North Bend

A caller reported that there was a theft and the subject was detained. It was reported that the suspect truck driver was irate and trying to leave, but that he stole electronics and windshield washer fluid, possibly attempted to shoplift a car charger. Caller then said he paid for the charger and the subject had trespassed from the location.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES | NORTH BEND QFC

A caller reported that he heard someone screaming, but doesn’t know where it was coming from… could possibly be two males seen running from a house across from QFC. The caller said the males were kicking things and he could not figure out if they were just horsing around.
Police responded and found three males on McLellan behind Rocko’s. No assistance was needed as the males were just playing around.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES | ROCK CREEK RIDGE BLVD, North Bend

One hour later…. a caller reported that there were subjects in the pool area, yelling loudly and kicking things after jumping the fence. Police responded and discovered the same three males reported in the previous QFC call.
TRESPASSING PROBLEM | SNOQUALMIE 76 STATION

An employee called to ask that a customer be trespassed from the gas station for loitering and littering cigarettes on the sidewalk. Police responded and a notice was issued to both parties.
DISTURBANCE | SE SWENSON DR, The Woodlands Apartment Site
January 14, 2015; Reported at 3:49PM
It was reported that an employee was fired earlier in the day, had been drinking for a couple of hours and was yelling behind one of the apartment buildings. He then laid down on the ground in front of the building and yelled. The caller said the subject’s family had driven him up from Oregon for the job so he may not have any transportation.
Police responded. No arrests were made as no crime was committed.
THEFT REPORT | NORTH BEND LIBRARY
January 16, 2015; Reported at 3:37PM
A caller reported the theft of a cell phone, possibly a male, 19-20-years old, medium build, in a black jacket and baseball cap heading north on Main Ave – and then was at the bus stop.
Police responded. The suspect asked to borrow the victim’s phone, stepped outside the library and took off with it. The phone was valued at $80. A citation for theft was issued.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES | SE NORTH BEND WAY
January 16, 2015; Reported at 10:11PM
A caller reported a suspicious male at the the truck stop restaurant. He ordered, ate a bunch of food and was there for a couple of hours. The caller said the subject was hiding in the restroom and was asked to pay several times.
Police responded. The subject said he had no money for the bill. When he was taken into custody, the money ‘magically appeared’ in his cell phone case. The subject was released. The manager agreed to let him pay the bill, but signed a trespass notice.
