Overnight shooting leaves two men dead near Fall City

Late Monday night, June 15th, King County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a double shooting in the Fall City area.

KCSO said the shooting occurred in the 30700 block of SE Issaquah-Fall City Road. Police arrived around 10PM.

KCSO Sgt. Ryan Abbott said two males were deceased, with one shooting himself as deputies arrived at the scene.

King County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Detectives were called in to investigate overnight.

Tuesday morning, June 16th, Sgt. Abbott said detectives reported all evidence collected from Monday night’s shooting scene indicated it was a murder-suicide.

According to detectives, a 55-year-old male resident shot and killed a 37-year-old male resident. As deputies were on scene, the 55-year-old male then shot and killed himself.

Police said no one else related to the case is outstanding. Sgt. Abbott said at this time there is no known motive for the shootings.
