Northwest Railway Museum Offers Snoqualmie Valley Residents Pre-Sale Tickets To Popular "Day Out With Thomas " Summer Event

It happens each July in historic Snoqualmie.  Families from all over Puget Sound fill the streets with kids excitedly ready to board Snoqualmie’s famous train which is transformed into Thomas the Tank Engine.  Tickets usually sell out quickly, but The Northwest Railway Museum has figured out a way to help Snoqualmie Valley residents get their hands on the popular tickets first.

For one week only, April 18th-April 24th, Snoqualmie Valley residents can purchase advance Day Out With Thomas tickets.  The pre-sale tickets are only available at the Snoqualmie Depot Ticket Office and proof of residence (drivers license, utility bill) is required at the time of purchase. Tickets are $19 each.  The ticket office is located in the Depot Bookstore and is open daily from 10AM-5PM.

The Day Out With Thomas event features a 25-minute train ride to the top of Snoqualmie Falls on Thomas the Tank Engine.  There is also live music, food, clowns, storytelling, model trains and a special appearance by Sir Topham Hatt.  This year’s event is scheduled for July 13th-15th and July 20th-22nd at the Snoqualmie Depot in historic downtown.  The annual event draws thousands of visitors to Snoqualmie each summer.

Visit The Northwest Railway Museum website for more information about the annual event.
