Downtown Block Party Adds New Event

It’s almost time for the  North Bend Downtown Block Party and Legends Car Show, which happens on Saturday, July 18th noon to 11PM. and Sunday, July 19th 8AM to 4PM.  As always, organizers say the Block Party will have a great lineup of entertainment, music, activities, local food and drinks for the entire family.

The Legends Car Show is new to the Block Party this year and will take place on Sunday, July 19th, filling downtown streets with classics, hot rods and American muscle cars. Headliner bands for the 2015 Block Party are Spike and the Impalers and Heart by Heart.

This year a new, and FREE, Bike Valet service is being hosted by Mt Si Mountain Bike Team – an option to help residents get to the Block Party without their cars.

Volunteers, sponsors, and vendors are still being sought for the event. Please contact Community & Economic Development Director Gina Estep at gestep@northbendwa.gov for more information, including how to obtain a vendor or sponsor application or volunteer for the event.
