North Bend Farmers Market Launches 10th Season on June 11th,

Sunshine, warm (but not too warm) temperatures, live music, local food, friends and neighbors…. that’s a pretty good combination for the opening day of the North Bend Farmer’s Market, which kicks off its 10th season Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 4PM sharp.

Freshly picked produce, fruits and berries, local honey, fresh cut flowers, specialty products, and a unique selection of handmade arts & crafts are all in one place –  the North Bend Farmers Market, each Thursday from June – September.

The Farmers Market serves the greater Snoqualmie Valley community and brings together local farmers, artisans and consumers with a weekly open air market throughout the summer at  Si View Park located at 400 SE Orchard Drive in North Bend.

In addition to healthy produce and specialty items, the North Bend Farmers Market offers lots of prepared food options to curb your appetite while enjoying the outdoors.

EJ’s Catering is back with their ever popular puller pork sandwiches, soups and salads. Panda Catering’s Asian fare, Pompeii wood fired pizza, kabobs by The Bedhouin Oasis are also ready to serve patrons. And don’t forget the freshly baked breads, including gluten-free products, Belgian waffles and the kids’ favorite – Hawaiian shaved ice.

The market also features another live summer concert series, with something for all musical tastes. These FREE concerts are at the picnic shelter from  6 -7:30PM each week, with the Mount Si Jazz Band launching the 2015 season on June 11th. Visit www.siviewpark.org/concerts to see the full schedule.

You can make it a full evening – dinner, music at the park, and get your groceries all at the same time.  Bring a picnic blanket and the whole family for summer time memories at the park.

[Concerts are sponsored by Si View Metro Parks with financial support from King County Community Engagement Grant program.]
