Longtime North Bend resident and former City Council Member David Cook was recently recognized by a real estate industry magazine that not only looks at real estate careers, but community involvement when deciding who to feature in monthly editions.
David Cook, owner of Cook Real Estate in North Bend, was featured as a top real estate agent in the Washington State Edition of Top Agent Magazine in January 2017. Top Agent Magazine describes itself as a real estate publication that regularly features top producing, accomplished professionals industry, offering an in-depth look at their careers and their blueprint for success.
According to a press release, to be considered for a magazine feature, real estate professionals must go through a nomination and interview process. All candidates are then evaluated based upon production, professionalism, as well as industry and community involvement.
When asked who may have nominated him, David said he had no clue, adding, “I am grateful to the unknown individual whom nominated me for this recognition and I hope to earn that honor every day as I work hard to serve my clients and the community.”
Top Agent Magazine stated, “David Cook is a stellar example of the kind of prominent leaders of real estate we are proud to feature in Top Agent Magazine.”
