New bakery, café coming to the Snoqualmie Valley

Behind the paper-covered windows of a historic Snoqualmie Railroad Ave retail space, a new bakery and cafe is taking shape, ready serve Valley residents, possibly as early as next month: café minee.

In the re-designed space you’ll be able to grab sandwiches, soups, cookies, macaroons, breads, muffins, scones, cakes, coffee, espresso tea and smoothies – or enjoy them inside.

According to the bakery’s website, the owner and her eldest son’s childhood nickname are the inspiration behind the store’s name,  café minee.

Owner Sang Kim started baking for her son and friends using quality ingredients, natural flavors and purified water. As her passion for baking grew, it pushed Sang’s spare time hobby out the door and into a new store that, as the website states, means everything to her.

café minee is located right next to Gianfranco’s at 8150 Railroad Ave. Their hours are not posted yet, but a hiring post indicated they’d be opening around 7AM.

For more information, including menu and prices, visit the café minee website.

Good Luck, Sang!
