Mount Si Football off to Great Start; Boosters Holding Auction to Help Team Stay Competitive in 4A Conference

As Mount Si Football begins its second season in the more competitive KingCo 4A conference, MSHS Football Boosters are mshs logo working to help the team achieve the same success they had in KingCo 3A, which included six consecutive playoff appearances and a shot at the state title.

So far this season the team is 2-0, defeating Woodinville, 13-12, and Redmond, 21-7.  They are tied for first place with rival Skyline – a team they face Friday, September 18th at 7PM at Eastlake Stadium.

Mount Si football programs have over 150 players whom boosters say dedicate countless hours of hard work to represent their school and community against the biggest schools in King County.

To keep up with the 4A conference competition MSHS Football Boosters say they need to raise money to invest in things like increasing the coaching staff, new video technology, new uniforms (including helmets and shoulder pads), and upgrading the weight room and training equipment.

So…on Friday, October 2, 2015 from 6PM – 10PM, the Mount Si Football Boosters are hosting their 2nd annual Tailgate Auction at TPC Snoqualmie Ridge. Suggested attire for the casual evening is Wildcat spirit wear.

Organizers are inviting the community to join them for a fun night that includes a buffet dinner, games, a dessert dash, a wine grab (this one sounds interesting) and other fun.

Tickets are $60 per person and can be purchased on at www.mtsihsfootball.com.  Seating is limited so interested attendees are encouraged to purchase tickets early.

Go Wildcats!
