King County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes detectives are investigating a shooting along Preston-Fall City Road that left one man injured.
According to the KCSO Communications Manager, deputies were dispatched to Swedish Hospital just before midnight on Sept. 17 to assist Issaquah police after a man was dropped off at the hospital with a gunshot wound.
The man was later transported to Harborview Medical Center due to his injuries.
The King County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit has taken over the investigation. According to the KCSO, the shooting appears to be a contained incident with no danger to the public.
No further information about the circumstances surrounding the shooting was immediately available.
