Lighting up the Night Sky: See the Holiday Light Displays entered in this Year’s Contest

For those of you who love to drive (or walk) around in search of beautifully decorated homes during the holiday season, we’ve got the locations of some great light displays in the Snoqualmie Valley.

While we realize there are many more than just these eight homes out there lighting up the night sky with decorations abound, these are the residences that entered the 5th annual 2017 Snoqualmie Holiday Lights Contest.

According to the city, over the next couple of days, an impartial panel will conduct judging based on creativity, originality, thematic elements, and overall design quality – not just the quantity of lights.

Winning locations will be recognized in the Snoqualmie Valley Record along with the Snoqualmie Ridge ROA e-newsletter. All winners will be presented with a certificate and a yard sign indicating their success.

  • Can we bring some of these lights and festivities up to the children at Echo Glen.? When I drive up there to the administration office it’s like the Grinch Stole Christmas. It’s such a contrast from what you have down below. It’s really amazing contrast. If anyone has any blow up Santa’s or reindeers anything they could use it up there. Amy at the YMCA is the drop off point for anything. Please help
