Time to Talk Mental Health: Youth and Family Services Breakfast Supports SVSD Students

Longtime advocate and supporter of Snoqualmie Valley youth – Friends of Youth – invites the community to its annual Youth and Family Services Breakfast, dedicated to raising funds to provide counseling services to help SVSD students struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use disorders and other challenges.

Organizers say the donations provide critical funding to ensure students receive the timely, professional and caring counseling they need to thrive.

During the breakfast parents, school leaders, clinicians and community partners will discuss the importance of counseling in schools to promote healthy and positive outcomes for children and families.

The 2018 Youth and Family Services Breakfast happens Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at the Meadowbrook Farm Interpretive Center, 1711 Boalch Ave NW, North Bend from 7:00AM – 8:30AM.
