I-90 Eastbound is open with chains required in both direction on all vehicles except AWD/4WD.

UPDATE: 4:41 PM
I-90 eastbound remains closed at milepost 34 near North Bend 18 miles west of the summit, due to multiple spin-outs and jack-knifed vehicles.
WSDOT crews plan to open the eastbound lanes around 5 p.m. When the lanes open, chains will be required on all vehicles, except all-wheel drive, oversize vehicles prohibited at Denny Creek near milepost 47.

Closure on I-90 eastbound at milepost 34 near North Bend 18 miles west of the summit, due to multiple spin-outs and jack-knifed vehicles. Chains are required westbound.
Highway will be closed until crews can clear disabled vehicles.
Estimated time for reopening is unknown at this time.

There are also multiple spinouts on Interstate 82 through the Yakima Valley as its getting hit really hard by heavy snow.
