How Our Mind and Body Process Stress: Learn healing strategies to support your social and emotional wellbeing

Snoqualmie Valley Community Network is hosting a workshop focused on how the mind and body respond to stress.

Tending to our social and emotional wellbeing is essential, especially today. But it’s not always easy to do. Stress can take a toll on our brains, minds, and bodies, especially when we are under constant stressful situations. The good news is there are small but impactful things we can do each day to help our mind and body process the stress and bring ourselves back to a sense of wholeness and peace.

When we are aware of where stress rests in our minds and body, we can then bring ourselves back online. Learn how to regulate your mind and body through breathing, mindful meditation, and connection practices to bring you back to a sense of wholeness and peace.
