The Snoqualmie Valley Community Network (SVCN) is pleased to announce the Heart of the Valley Gala 2021- Wanderlust Edition: A virtual adventure supporting kids and families on February 27th.
This year’s event is virtual. Because this has been a strange year with little to no travel, the Snoqualmie Valley Community Network will be taking attendees on a Wanderlust adventure. Swag boxes containing items for a fun adventure will be provided to the first 200 local attendees. Attendees will be encouraged to attend a virtual happy hour before the evening’s festivities start at 6:00 pm.
This year’s event highlights the important role the Snoqualmie Valley Community Network plays in keeping youth connected. We know that connection is the key to prevention. This year’s event features a silent auction that opens on February 21st. Please visit https://heart2021.ggo.bid to register as a bidder.
The February 27th event will include a short live auction that includes a variety of Wanderlust adventures including a trip to a beach house in Manzanita, Oregon; a day of snowshoeing with Boy Scout Troop 1776, a day-long boat adventure on Lake Washington, and more! Other highlights include the Wanderlust photo contest where attendees will be invited to submit photos from the evening to #SVCNGALA for an opportunity to win a prize! The evening will conclude with a BIG REVEAL that you will not want to miss.
Proceeds from this event support the SVCN’s youth development programs in the Snoqualmie Valley. These programs include Youth Success! Mentoring, Weekend Power Packs, Pathways to Employment Success, Youth Suicide and Substance Use Prevention programs, Youth Leadership Development, and more!
SVCN is a valley-based non-profit and all donations made at this event are tax deductible.
