Get rid of all your old junk: FREE recycle event offered in Snoqualmie, September 12th

I don’t know about you but I did quite a bit of spring covid cleaning. If you did too and find yourself with household materials that you’re looking to recycle or get rid of, the City of North Bend is a hosting special recycling event on Saturday, September 12, 2020 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Snoqualmie Middle School, 9200 Railroad Avenue in Snoqualmie.

King County residents may dispose of household materials during the event. Acceptable items include scrap metal, appliances, refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, fluorescent bulbs/tubes, electronics, tires and batteries.

Multiple service providers will be on hand to take things off your hands that might be cluttering your home. Note: all service providers do have the right to refuse any material they deem unacceptable.

This event has been highly attended in the past, with long car lineups waiting to dispose of items… so bring your patience. Covid-19 Requirements: Attendees must wear a mask, stay in the vehicle and answer questions through your window.

What’s Accepted and What’s Not

**COVID-19 STATE MANDATES ARE EVER-CHANGING AND THIS EVENT COULD BE CANCELLED AT ANY TIME; PLEASE CONFIRM ON THE CITY WEBSITE FOR UPDATES!!
