First ever ‘Sip Suds & Si’ comes to downtown North Bend this weekend

The North Bend Downtown Foundation is partnering with wineries, breweries, artists and musicians to bring the community the first ever SIP SUDS & SI:  an art walk with live music, wine and beer tasting throughout historic downtown North Bend.

Saturday, October 13th from 5PM – 8PM, attendees can shop with local merchants and artists, sample wine and beer and enjoy music while mingling with friends and neighbors.

Sip Suds & Si experience starts at the historic Train Depot, located at 205 McClellan Street for check in/registration and picking up tasting glasses and tokens. Then just stroll through the Historic District of North Bend, where merchants will be hosting wineries, breweries and artists.

Tastes of wine and beer will be provided by some local favorites including WM Grassie Wine Estate, Sigillo Cellars, Pearl and Stone Wine Company, Convergence Zone Cellars, Mount Si Winery, Chateau Beck, Zerba Cellars, Tertulia Cellars, Elevation Cellars, Vina Salida Cellars, Chatter Creek Winery, No Boat Brewing, Manfish Brewing, and Snoqualmie Falls Brewery.

[A bonus tasting of an alternative non-alcoholic beverage that is made to pair with food will be provided by Seattle Kombucha.]

Tinkham Road will be providing music. If you haven’t heard of this local group yet, Tinkham Road is a collective of local musicians performing historical music of the Snoqualmie Valley and the Pacific Northwest.  Talented volunteer street musicians will also be positioned throughout the Sips and Suds route.

Organizers say they will also provide an optional wine/beer check for attendees who opt to purchase bottles from participating breweries and wineries.  Purchases can be picked up and stored back at the Train Depot.

The Downtown North Bend Foundations said, “Visit and shop with your local merchants, taste delicious wine and beer (and  Kombucha) – and  enjoy the art and music. This is a great time to appreciate the lovely town of North Bend!”

Tickets can be purchased HERE.
