Updated Election Results: Graves, Mullet, Rodne ahead; Snoqualmie levy lid lift passing, Eastside fire authority close

Here are some November 8th local race results:

Fire District 38 – Eastside Regional Fire Authority

Fire Districts 10 & 38 are proposing combining to create one Regional Fire Authority as a way to maintain quality emergency services and service levels for their communities. Fire District 38 covers the unincorporated areas of North Bend and Snoqualmie and needs 60% supermajority to pass.

  • Approve – 58.83%
  • Reject –  41.17 %

City of Snoqualmie Proposition 1

The City of Snoqualmie is asking residents for a levy lid lift to fund two additional police officer positions and one additional firefighter position. Simple majority passes this proposition.

  • Approve – 60.28%
  • Reject – 39.72%

Washington State 5th District Senate

  • Chad Magendanz (R) – 48.06%
  • Mark Mullet (D)  – 51.85%

Washington State 5th District Representative, Position 1

  • Jason Ritchie (D) – 49.19%
  • Jay Rodne (R) –  50.72%

Washington State 5th District Representative, Position 2

  • Darcy Burner (D) – 47.93%
  • Paul Graves (R) –  51.98%
