Fire Blotter | Pedestrian on Side of Freeway; Fall at Golf Club; Possible Fentanyl Ingestion

EMTs responded to I-90 east of North Bend for the report of a pedestrian on the side of the roadway. Crews located the person, who was approximately 100 feet in the woods and had been since the previous day. The individual complained of numb limbs and was transported to a nearby hospital.

January 13, 2023

Crews responded to SR 18 near the Tiger Mountain summit for a one-vehicle accident. The vehicle went into a ditch adjacent to the roadway. One occupant suffered lacerations to their head and complained of chest pain. The individual was transported to the hospital. 

January 14, 2023

EMTs responded to the Salish Lodge to assist an individual who had been sick all night. The patient was transported to the hospital. 

January 16, 2023

Crews responded to the I-90 on-ramp from SR 18 for the report of a one-car rollover accident, possibly with a trapped occupant. The occupant managed to escape the overturned vehicle on their own. No serious injuries were reported.

EMTs responded to the Club at Snoqualmie Ridge to assist an individual who fell and was bleeding after hitting their nose. 

January 17, 2023

EMTs responded to a car on the roadside near the I-90/SR 18 interchange for the report of an individual who passed out after swallowing fentanyl. The individual was transported to a nearby hospital.

EMTs responded to a Snoqualmie residence to assist an individual who was dizzy and having trouble breathing. The patient was transported to the hospital. 

January 19, 2023

EMTs responded to a Snoqualmie home to assist an individual who fell and became confused. The patient was transported to the hospital.
