Exercise for FREE at Mt. Si Senior Center, now through December 20th

The Mt. Si Senior Center – an integral part of lives of many Snoqualmie Valley residents – is offering a great way to get moving this fall. And best of all… it’s free!

Exercise more, or start exercising free at Mt. Si Senior Center this fall. Several classes are available at no cost, now through December 20th, for anyone age 50 or older.

Try a gentle yoga class, tailored to your skill level, on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays, or on Tuesdays and Thursdays, learn about Tai Ji Quan, a martial-arts inspired training program aimed at preventing falls. Mt. Si Senior Center is also brining back the popular S.A.I.L, Stay Active and Independent for Life classes, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

All of these classes are offered free with funding from a King County Youth and Amateur Sports grant, intended to reduce barriers to physical activity.
