The Factoria site is located at 13800 SE 32nd Street in Bellevue. The site is open 8 am – 4 pm Tuesday – Friday and 9 am – 5 pm Saturday and Sunday (except major holidays). There is a limit of 25 gallons of gasoline and a limit of 50 gallons of other automotive fluids per trip. Containers should be labeled and must be 5 gallons or smaller. Customers can have gas containers back upon request. Separate motor (crankcase) oil from all other fluids. Pure crankcase oil containers will be returned. No latex paint is accepted. \n\nMore information on paint collection\nVisit the King County website for information about restrictions and other household hazardous waste options and drop-off locations\, or call the Haz Waste Help Line\, Monday to Saturday\, 9 am to 5 pm except holidays at 206-296-4692.\n\nRain Barrel Compost/Worm Bin Sale All items are $20. Cash Only. While supplies last. No pre or post event sales.  \nTo encourage the use of recycled content material and more efficient use of water\, the city is offering discounted recycled plastic rain barrels. In addition\, start backyard composting with a compost bin to save resources and money. \nComposting is a natural process that turns yard waste into rich soil. Once the material decomposes\, rich soil is all that it left. Worm bin composting is an efficient way to convert kitchen scraps into nutrient-rich compost for your garden. Simple to assemble and can be stored inside or out. \nCall 1-800-RECYCLE or visit the E-Cycle website to find authorized E-Cycle Washington collection locations.
